Job Description

Technician is responsible for preparation of the operation theatre before a surgery
*He/She will receive patients and prepare the patient for surgery
*He/She will provide technical support to the surgeon during surgery, ensure all equipments are in order and provide them to the surgeon at the right time
*He/She will be responsible for proper maintenance off all equipments and for reporting any problems to the concerned authority
*He/She will facilitate patient care after surgery
*He/She will take necessary steps in disposing of wastes, sterilizing instruments and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
*He/She will ensure the OT procedures are done in accordance with the standard OT protocol

Technician is responsible for providing all necessary assistance to ensure smooth surgical service
