Job Summary

SRV Agadi Hospital is seeking skilled and dedicated OT Scrub Nurses to support surgical teams by maintaining sterile environments, preparing operating rooms, and assisting surgeons during procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient safety, infection control, and surgical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
• Perform surgical counts (instruments, sponges, needles) before, during, and after procedures
• Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards
• Coordinate with OT staff, anesthetists, and surgeons for smooth surgical workflow
• Monitor and document OT procedures as per hospital guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT Scrub Nurse
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and OT protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
