OSS Fulfilment Solution Nokia Flowone, Comptel, Instalink, UIV

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

a. Through understanding of OSS Network Fulfilment for legacy to next generation network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and Core, Fiber & Copper)

b. Detail understanding of Order Fulfilment process from Order Capture to Fulfilment to Provisioning and Activation

c. Should have Network, EMS/NMS knowledge (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, etc.)

d. 5+ Experience of OSS Senior Developer

e. Domain experience in Multi domain orchestration/fulfilment and Assurance

f. Detail understanding of Service (Mobile and Fixed Line), SDN/NFV and Cloud Orchestration for B2B and B2C Services;

g. Proficient in development of Network Element Interfaces for Nokia Flowone Provisioning.

h. Exposure to International Telecom processes and managing

i. Good Understanding of Telecom network & services, in consumer, enterprise and wholesale segments for wireline networks including Layer-1,2 &3 networks.

j. Detailed Understanding of following Vendor EMSs: MPLS (Nokia/Huawei Seamless), GPON (Huawei/ZMS), PMP (Vectastar), IOT, VCO

k. Strong understanding of wire line network, wireless, optical fiber/copper network including SDH, DWDM, IP networks, Active devices and Passive devices

1. Knowledge of automation scope/modules in wireline/wireless service fulfilment domain.

Good-to-Have

• Access and Core Network architecture in 4G/5G Mobile technologies
• Access technologies such as xDSL or FTTx and core network technologies such as IP/MPLS
• Familiarity with 3GPP specifications concepts
• Detailed understanding of Telecom Services like DIA, IPVPN, EVPN, DDA, IPTransit , MRS_MGN, SDWAN and SIP for all media (Active Ethernet, GPON, PTP, 4G, 5G, PMP and VSAT)
• Knowledge and /or prior experience in at least one of the technologies like Access/Technology, PTP, PMP, GPON, VSAT and Active Ethernet is preferable.
