About Kamal Orthopedic Hospital

• You will attend to all OPD/IPD/Surgical patients coming to Kamal Orthopedic Hospital in the Department of Orthopedic or Trauma Patients in Emergency.
• You may be required to participate in Health Camps
• The highest standards of professionalism and ethical practices are expected in your medical practice.
• You may be a member of the company's senior medical team of the company and you are expected to function in the best interest of the hospital.
• Work schedule/Hours you will be required to work 48 hours a week. Your duty timing will be from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm & from 4:00 Pm to 7:00 Saturday to Thursday excluding 2.5 hours of lunch time and taking rest. In case of any Orthopedic emergencies or surgery, you should be available on call.
• You will be asked to schedule surgeries before or after OPD timing to avoid disturbing OPD patients.
• Reporting: You will report to the Hospital General Manager for all medical and hospital-related needs and requirements.
• You shall maintain a high degree of confidentiality of the work assigned to you in order to maintain medical professional ethics and honor the privacy stipulation by virtue of your association with the hospital.
• The management expects that you will be sincere, faithful, honest, hardworking, and dedicated to your job. You are expected to perform with diligence and effectively carry out the duties assigned to you from time to time.
• You should not participate in any act subversive of discipline and should not do anything, that may be prejudicial to the management. In any case, if you happen to know about any subversive activity of any person or persons against the hospital or its interests you should inform/report the same to the management and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and management assure you that your interest and safety would be the responsibility of the management.
• During your employment with this hospital, you are not expected to be engaged directly, indirectly, or individually, in any trade/ business practices/ profession or engage in any part-time employment without the written consent or approval of the management.
• You shall promptly notify the management of any change in your residential address and civil status.
• In the event of termination or separation from the services, you shall hand over the charge and surrender all hospital materials and associated items provided to you in your professional capacity to the hospital administration or a delegated nominee and obtain a proper count of receipts, by not doing so hospital authorities have the right to recover an equal amount of funds from your dues.
• You can be accommodated according to the administrative rules, for any alternation in hospital setups
