Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve the organizations online reputation. Monitor online conversations and reviews using ORM tools like Sprinkler and 360. Lead a team of 1-2 ORM specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and PR teams to address customer feedback and concerns. Create and maintain reports on online sentiment and reputation metrics. Identify and mitigate potential reputation risks through proactive monitoring and response strategies. Engage with customers and stakeholders on social media platforms and online forums. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to ORM. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in online reputation management or digital marketing. Familiarity with ORM tools such as Sprinkler and 360. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing or leading a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience in crisis management and response strategies. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
