Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispute Management:

    Handle and resolve customer disputes effectively and efficiently.
  • Cash Application:

    Perform basic cash application analysis and resolution.
  • Systems Usage:

    Utilize dispute tracking and O2C systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft; experience in SAP or Oracle is preferred.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Analyze data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support management decisions.
  • Client Interaction:

    Manage customer relationships and handle client-facing activities as needed.
  • Documentation & Presentation:

    Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes.
  • Proven experience in dispute management and basic cash application.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and good communication skills.
