Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Dispute Management:
Handle and resolve customer disputes effectively and efficiently.
Cash Application:
Perform basic cash application analysis and resolution.
Systems Usage:
Utilize dispute tracking and O2C systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft; experience in SAP or Oracle is preferred.
Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support management decisions.
Client Interaction:
Manage customer relationships and handle client-facing activities as needed.
Documentation & Presentation:
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes.
Proven experience in dispute management and basic cash application.
Technical proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and dispute resolution skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and good communication skills.
