Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage collections process from order to cash, ensuring timely payment from customers.
Oversee credit control activities, including credit checks and risk assessment.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and logistics to resolve billing discrepancies.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collection rates and reducing bad debts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.

Desired Candidate Profile

9-12 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) Collections or similar role.
Strong managerial skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in O2C Cash Application, O2C Collections processes, and related software applications.
Candidates applying should be comfortable with Night shifts.
