Order Processing Manager

An order processing executive manages the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders, from entry to delivery.

This role involves accurate order entry, coordinating with vendors for stock and packaging, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, and resolving issues, ensuring timely and correct delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Order entry and management: Accurately entering, tracking, and updating all customer orders in the system.
• Inventory and vendor coordination: Liaising with stores to confirm stock availability, providing instructions for packaging, and coordinating pickup and shipment timelines.
• Shipment and delivery: Scheduling and monitoring the shipment of orders to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
• Customer communication: Responding to or coordinating customer queries related to order status, details, or issues.
• Problem resolution: Handling and resolving issues related to orders, including returns or replacements.
• Reporting: Compiling and presenting data on order processing for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
