Job Description

As an individual responsible for this role, your primary objective is to ensure the seamless movement of every order from placement to delivery, while maintaining effective communication with customers and vendors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Entering Shopify orders into QuickBooks - Making decisions on Stock vs. Dropship for each order - For stock orders: printing pick tickets/labels, sending to warehouse, uploading tracking information to Shopify, and marking orders as fulfilled - For dropship orders: placing purchase orders with vendors, confirming estimated time of arrival (ETA), and capturing/uploading tracking details to Shopify - Engaging with customers to address issues related to backorders, returns, and refunds - Responding to inquiries regarding product availability by checking stock levels Success in this role will be characterized by: - Same-day order processing and tracking - Clear order statuses for customers - Prompt responses to inquiries - Accurate ETA communication - Smooth handling of returns and refunds No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
