Job Description

As a System Designing and Application Engineering professional for MV AIS panels (Domestic + Exports) at Siemens Ltd."s Smart Infrastructure Division, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Overall coordination for MV AIS Panel orders with sales, engineering, factory, and customers, including: - Techno-commercial contract review - Coordination with Engineering for submission of Drawings and other engineering documents to the customer - Obtaining drawing approval from the customer - Claim submission and negotiation with customers - Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the order execution - Close coordination with the Factory and logistics for scheduling orders - Coordination with customers for FAT and dispatch related activities - Coordination for Post-dispatch service activities To excel in this role, you should possess: - Good knowledge about medium voltage power distribution systems and protection systems for AIS panels - Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems - CRM development skills and negotiation skills - Good communication skills - Capability to independently interact with clients for technical discussions - Prior experience in customer handling functions will be an added advantage Education and Experience: - B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience Siemens, with over 379,000 individuals across 200 countries, is dedicated to equality and encourages diverse applications that reflect the communities where they operate.
