Order Management Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order execution, including production planning and logistics coordination.
  
• Monitor order status updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the order lifecycle.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in order management processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Order Management or related field (e.g., supply chain operations).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of Order Fulfillment, Order Processing, Order Execution concepts.
  
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or similar tools.
