Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from placement to fulfillment.
  • Manage and resolve customer claims, addressing issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and claims resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders and claims in the system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize order management and claims handling workflows.

About You:
