Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

Quick Response to all requests & information
Validation and Processing Customers Orders. Modification and Cancellation of Orders. Process Returns.
Identification of exceptions and providing resolution to issues. Creation of delivery and shipment documents and integration with load building, mode planning and route optimization steps.
Delivers a high quality and cost effective customer service to the client. Take ownership in providing deep dive analysis for the issues/concerns raised by client/customer.
Proactive in ensuring the delivery are focused to serve the client. Expertise in Supply chain Order management & expand knowledge on Logistics.
Volunteer support for team members during peak season/volume
Ensures appropriate escalation procedures is followed as defined in process
Mentors team members with process clarification and resolving process issues
Propose & implement improvements identifying issues/gaps in process

Mandatory Requisites-

Candidate must be graduate from any recognized university in any stream
Must have work experience of 3++ years in any of IT/ITES organization with minimum of 1yr SCM experience.
Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal & Written
Proactive approach and a can do attitude
Must be flexible to work in different work shifts
