Walkin Drive

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage order processing from receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Order Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of Order Processing principles and practices.
Excellent Customer Management skills with ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software applications such as Salesforce or similar tools.
