In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is: #Li-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Acting as the first port of call for customers queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in Order Management function in switchgear industry
You must have 2 to 5 years experience in end to end Order Execution.
You should have experience in creating and processing customer orders, managing dispatch activities with payment follow-ups, and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP OR ERP Tool
Degree in Diploma OR B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (full Time)
You are at ease communicating in English & collaborating with cross-functional Team
