Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

A fast-growing e-commerce business is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to oversee inquiries and order fulfillment for food products available on their online store and mobile app. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing order updates, and ensuring seamless order processing for customers in the UK and EU. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and social media channels, offering accurate information regarding products, availability, and estimated delivery times. Moreover, you will efficiently process and manage orders via the website and app, guaranteeing prompt dispatch and tracking updates. Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment will also be a crucial part of your role. Handling customer complaints, refunds, and returns professionally, along with maintaining records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes, will be essential tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor stock levels, notify management of any supply issues, and work alongside the team to enhance the overall customer experience. To be successful in this position, you must possess experience in e-commerce customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with order fulfillment and tracking processes, coupled with problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, are also important. Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management would be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include previous experience in working with food or FMCG products, efficient handling of multiple orders and customer requests, and familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday UK shift schedule and availability required on weekends. The role offers performance and yearly bonuses.
