Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the on-time execution of the production process. This involves managing people, processes, and delivery. Your role will involve leading the Quality, Production store, and dispatch function with the support of functional leads. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize the execution plan to enhance process efficiency. - Supervise and lead cross-functional teams, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations. - Oversee day-to-day operations, including task allocation, resource management, inventory, and logistics. - Monitor, analyze, and plan actions to improve Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Identify and mitigate risks for order execution with the support of the Order Management Leader. - Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely product delivery with global standard quality. - Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts within teams. Qualification/Experience: - B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience of 10-15 years in a low volume / high variety manufacturing company. - Exposure to handling the production, quality, store, and dispatch teams as a leader.
