Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop structured deliverables that replicate

    real-world order processing workflows and tasks.

  • Review and refine

    peer-created deliverables

    to ensure accuracy and consistency for AI model training.
  • Identify

    common challenges, communication steps, and documentation practices

    in the order lifecycle.
  • Provide

    domain insights

    to improve the AI system’s understanding of operational processes.


Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of

    order entry systems, tracking, invoicing, and customer coordination.

  • Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work

    independently and asynchronously

    while meeting quality expectations.
