Job Description

We Are Hiring | Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant (HCM + Benefits Module)

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Act as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Benefits, and related modules)
Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design
Develop, customize, and implement Oracle HCM solutions with a focus on Benefits module integration
Manage Oracle HCM integrations (OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas)
Handle end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and production support
Create and maintain technical documentation, data mapping, and process flows
Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance) to streamline business processes
Regularly update stakeholders on project status and ensure on-time delivery

Must Have Skills

8+ years of Oracle HCM Techno-Functional experience
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR + Benefits mandatory)
Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI & HDL
Proven track record of at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good understanding of HR business processes
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Payroll or Time & Labor will be a plus
Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud
Agile methodology exposure
