Oracle Technical Consultant

As an Oracle Flexcube Technical Consultant at BSRI Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and enhancements for Oracle Flexcube 12.4. Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PL/SQL scripts and batch jobs, as well as facilitating the integration of Flexcube with third-party banking systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Additionally, you will analyze logs, debug issues, and optimize application performance, leveraging Reports, WebLogic, and BI Publisher for system improvements. Providing End-of-Day (EOD) support for banking operations and collaborating with functional teams, bank users, and technical teams to analyze and deliver requirements will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess deep technical expertise in Oracle Flexcube 12.4, along with a strong knowledge of the Consumer Lending (CL) module. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, Reports, and WebLogic is essential, as well as familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting and batch processing. Experience in Flexcube customization, APIs, and debugging tools, combined with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a background in working within banking environments, will be advantageous. Strong communication and coordination skills are also required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Preferred skills for this position include hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube upgrade or migration projects, as well as familiarity with banking workflows and operations. Prior experience in onsite implementation and support will be beneficial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4-8 years of relevant experience and possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
