Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

    Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS) Consultant

    to join our retail technology team. The candidate will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle Retail Cloud solutions, focusing on

    store-level inventory management

    ,

    inventory accuracy

    , and

    store operations

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle SIOCS, a deep understanding of retail store operations, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver best-in-class inventory solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure

    Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS)

    in alignment with retail business processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and map them to SIOCS functionality to support in-store inventory operations.

Support and enhance processes related to:

  • Receiving (warehouse and store-to-store)
  • Stock counts (cycle counts, physical inventory)
  • Transfers (inter-store, DC-to-store)
  • Inventory adjustments
  • Inventory lookup and visibility
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from store operations, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Work on integration design and validation between SIOCS and other Oracle Retail Cloud Services (e.g., RMS/RMFCS, Xstore, ReSA).
  • Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, assist with root cause analysis, and provide resolution.
  • Conduct system testing, support UAT, and participate in cutover and deployment activities.
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for end users.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in

    Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM)

    with at least 2 years focused on

    Oracle SIOCS Cloud Service

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    retail store inventory processes

    and best practices.
  • Experience in

    Oracle Retail Cloud implementations

    and

    integration design

    .
  • Working knowledge of store operations and inventory management KPIs.
  • Proficiency in

    SQL

    , and familiarity with

    integration tools

    like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RIB, or APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams.
