Your talents should include the following: - Experience in managing multi-pillar functional Oracle Cloud projects, focusing on project plans, scope, and resourcing for Cloud implementation projects. - Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, and Service Flows modules. - Proficiency in tracking project milestones and effectively communicating status updates to stakeholders. - Ability to develop project deliverables such as workshops, business requirement gathering, process documentation, test cycle facilitation, and post-production support definition. - Expertise in driving change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value of Oracle Cloud investments. - Strong liaison skills between business and IT stakeholders, translating technology to business and vice versa. - Capability to analyze business issues and provide future state recommendations. - Collaboration with teams to define and document business processes aligning them with system processes. - Proficiency in setting agendas, facilitating meetings, and focusing on critical discussion topics for decision-making. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and aligning project goals with organizational strategy. - Skill in evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data. - Ability to establish and nurture business relationships and a professional network. - Effective communication of issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives. - Supervisory experience in mentoring teams, overseeing work, coordinating across teams, and motivating team members. Your educational and professional qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Finance, Accounting). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services or a related industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Secondary proficiency in Visio and Access. - Professional Certification in Oracle Cloud and/or PMP preferred.
