Oracle SCM Platform Lead (AD/SM level)

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive complex Oracle transformations with a primary focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), along with Finance, HCM, Technology, and Industry solutions. This role oversees multiple accounts, leads solution architecture, and develops tools, templates, and best practices, while fostering Oracle vendor partnerships. The position also requires hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM application development to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM transformations, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
• Act as an SME and strategic advisor across multiple client accounts.
• Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop and enforce best practices, maturity models, and solution frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams, provide solutions impacting multiple business areas, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client and organizational strategy.
• Contribute to high-value deal solutioning and Oracle partnership engagements.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proven track record in strategic Oracle Cloud architecture design and delivery.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Good to Have:

• Oracle Industry Cloud (Utilities, Retail, Telecom).
• Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Cross-platform integration (Oracle with SAP).
• Emerging technologies (AI, advanced analytics).

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1520 years overall experience, with 12+ years in Oracle SCM Supply Chain Planning.
• At least 10 years in Oracle leadership roles.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
