Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Retail RMFCS Implementation and Configuration:

    Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of

    Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS)

    , ensuring alignment with business requirements for inventory, pricing, and promotions management.
  • Client Consultation and Requirement Gathering:

    Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, particularly in merchandising processes, and define system requirements for RMFCS implementation.
  • System Integration:

    Integrate

    Oracle Retail RMFCS

    with other Oracle Retail modules (e.g., Oracle Retail Pricing, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching) and third-party applications (e.g., ERP, WMS) to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
  • Customization and Optimization:

    Customize the Oracle Retail RMFCS to meet specific client requirements and optimize the solution for better performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Data Management and Reporting:

    Utilize Oracle Retail Clouds analytics capabilities to design and implement reporting solutions that provide insights into merchandising performance, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer:

    Provide training and workshops to end-users on Oracle Retail RMFCS to ensure successful system adoption and efficient use of the platform.
  • Post-Implementation Support:

    Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle Retail RMFCS, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Documentation and Best Practices:

    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Share best practices and continuous improvement recommendations with clients.
  • Stay Updated with Oracle Retail Cloud Updates:

    Monitor new features, patches, and updates to Oracle Retail RMFCS, advising clients on potential improvements or new functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
