Oracle (PL/SQL) Developer/Architect (Finance Background Preferred)

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, views, and cursors. - Perform performance tuning activities to improve database efficiency and reliability. - Lead technical initiatives as an individual contributor and present solutions to stakeholders. - Collaborate with vendors and business teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure project success. - Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues using strong analytical skills. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear documentation. Qualification Required: - For Developers: 2-5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. - For Architects: 6-8 years of IT architecture experience with hands-on development experience. - Proficiency in writing and optimizing PL/SQL code, including packages, procedures, functions, views, and cursors. - Track record of working on complex software projects. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. - Experience in finance-related IT projects is a plus.
