Oracle Manufacturing Functional Specialist

Role Overview: As an Oracle ERP Consultant with 8 to 15 years of experience, including 6+ years of Consulting/Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application, your expertise in Fusion Manufacturing application will be crucial. You must have a thorough understanding of various types of manufacturing, related processes, and practices. Your primary responsibilities will include mapping business requirements to Oracle processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and designing solutions. Additionally, you should possess good experience and knowledge of at least 2 other Oracle SCM modules, preferably Inventory Management, Quality, or Costing. It is essential to have a minimum of 2 End to End Implementation experiences in Oracle ERP. Excellent communication and client handling skills are a must for this role, and you should be prepared to travel onsite for Short/Long term assignments. Being a graduate with domain/industry experience will be an added advantage for you. Key Responsibilities: - Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. - Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. - Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. - Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. - Act as the team lead/module architect on projects. - Consult effectively with management of customer organizations. - Participate in business development activities. - Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex projects. Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of consulting experience preferred. - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. - Ability to travel as needed.,
