Job Description

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy
OIC integrations
for Oracle HCM Cloud and external applications.
Work on
inbound and outbound data flows
to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Utilize
HDL (HCM Data Loader)
for bulk data upload and processing (where applicable).
Independently manage end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, build, testing, and support.
Ensure integration performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Proven expertise in developing and delivering
OIC integrations
(SOAP, REST, FTP, File-based).
Experience integrating
Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party systems
.
Strong understanding of
inbound & outbound integration design
.
Knowledge of
HDL (HCM Data Loader)
is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as an
individual contributor
.
