HiringYour Role and ResponsibilitiesIdentification, development, deployment and enablement of automation and Gen AI assets to support our OCI and ManagePlus offering Lead strategic discussions and provide advisory services around journey to cloud, which includes conducting automated discovery and client impact assessmentsDelivering technical engagements with partners and clients. This includes participating in pre-sales calls and on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals, responding to RFPs and designing relevant sizing and architecture solutionsCollaborating with Business Development Executives, Sellers, Solutioning Teams, Managed Services Delivery Teams, Oracle Corporation Engineers and other ecosystem partners to design tailored solutionsDeveloping and cultivating a community of PaaS Architects, Infrastructure and Database Administration experts, sharing ideas and best practices. Coordinating efforts around IP development relating to Managed offeringProviding thought leadership to Oracle Cloud experts through internal and external webinars and eventsSharing real world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities and assets that would simplify cloud adoption, migration and operations manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Required Professional and Technical ExpertiseAt least 5 years experience in Enterprise Architecture (Integration, Data, Security, Infrastructure)Experience in System Administration including sizing, performance tuning, high availability and disaster recoveryAt least 5 years experience with Oracle Database Administration including RAC, Exadata, Autonomous DBAt least 3 years experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and database for Oracle EBS, PSFT applicationsExperience in cloud native development and deployment - microservices, containers and devopsExperience implementing security across the infrastructure and application stackExperience with leading observability and management platforms (OCI and beyond)Experience with RPA and AIOpsExposure to hybrid and multi-cloud including reference architectures, BOM, pricing, licensing considerations etcExperience in building or managing complex Oracle solutions on OCI - integrations, extensions, etc.iring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
