Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop & support
Oracle HRMS reports
as per business requirements
Design, build, and modify reports using
Oracle Reports / BI Publisher (XML Publisher)
Write complex
SQL / PL/SQL
queries for HRMS data extraction
Work on HRMS modules data like
Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR
Debug, tune, and optimize report performance
Coordinate with functional team to understand reporting needs
Support production issues & enhancements related to reports

Mandatory Technical Skills

Oracle
HRMS data model knowledge
SQL, PL/SQL
(strong)
Oracle Reports / BI Publisher
Experience in
HRMS reports only
(not functional)

Good to Have

Oracle Forms exposure
RTF / XML templates
EBS R12 experience
