Description
As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional3, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication. - Designing and building complex fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reports, and HDL data loads. - Analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions based on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices. - Collaborating with end-users, HR business partners, and IT to gather requirements, provide training, and resolve issues. - Managing enhancements, patch testing, regression testing, and UAT effectively. - Developing and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, etc. - Maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system security compliance. - Providing ongoing production support and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in HCM applications. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a techno-functional role. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL. - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. - Understanding of HR business processes, specifically the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. - Ability to document functional and technical specifications effectively. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
