Oracle HCM Techno-Functional

As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional professional, your role will involve leading and supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. You will act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, designing and constructing complex fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reports, and HDL data loads. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, suggesting solutions following Oracle Cloud HCM best practices, collaborating with end-users and IT for requirement gathering, training, and issue resolution, managing enhancements, patch testing, regression testing, and UAT. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining system security compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in providing ongoing production support and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in HCM applications. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a techno-functional role. - Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL. - Hands-on experience with data conversion, integrations (OIC, Web Services), and security roles setup. - Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. - Understanding of HR business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle). - Ability to document functional and technical specifications. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
