Focus Areas: Core HR, Journey Tasks, ORC
Techno-Functional Split: 60% Functional / 40% TechnicalMinimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Core HR, Journey Tasks, and ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).Strong technical knowledge of:HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBIApplication Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations, Extensions, VBCSExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team collaboration skills.Focus Areas: Core HR, OTL, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation Workbench, ORC
Techno-Functional Split: 40% Functional / 60% TechnicalMinimum 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Must have hands-on in at least 3 modules among:Core HR, OTL, Talent Management, Oracle Learning, Compensation Workbench, ORCStrong technical expertise in:HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBIFast Formula, Security, Page Customizations, Extensions, VBCSExcellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
