Hiring: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant (Fast Formula Expertise)

About the Opportunity

You Will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain

    Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas

    for Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Build and customize reports, dashboards, and interfaces using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
  • Partner with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, data security, and performance standards.

You Bring:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in

    Oracle HCM Cloud

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    Fast Formulas

    across Payroll, Absence, and Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience with

    HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI

    , and integrations (HCM with third-party systems).
  • Knowledge of data migration, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and technical extensions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a

    remote-first, Pan-India environment
