Job Description

The candidate

will play a highly strategic & visible role to enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.
is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs during the sales cycle, work on enhancing existing tools & accelerators, build new tools & accelerators.
should be able to identify & resolve issues that are encountered during test cycles.
should have experience in resolving performance issues in the data migration, integration & reporting tracks i.e. should be good with SQL tuning apart from best practices to be followed in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI & Fast Formula.
must have expertise in multiple technical areas and should have exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS/PaaS tech toolsets i.e. needs to be a subject matter expert across HCM Cloud modules & tool sets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OIC, ODA, etc). The candidate must have good exposure to the AI/ML tools and their integration with the Oracle HCM Cloud application.
must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.
should have foundation-level knowledge of OCI as well.
should have exposure to ODA in a technical capacity.
should have worked as a technical lead / architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America)
