Oracle HCM Senior Functional Specialist

As an Oracle HCM Senior Functional Specialist at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, you will be responsible for the following: - Implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM with 6-8 years of relevant experience - Demonstrating an expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and high-level Human Resource business processes - Having a basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution - Owning at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects for Oracle Cloud HCM - Developing and fine-tuning estimating models and methodologies - Applying knowledge of one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules to business processes in various domains - Communicating solutions effectively to junior consultants - Architecting solutions and developing proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
