As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. **Role Overview:** As an Oracle HCM Senior Functional Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and high-level Human Resource business processes - Participating in full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM - Developing and fine-tuning estimating models and methodologies - Applying knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules to business processes in various domains or industries - Communicating solutions effectively to junior consultants - Architecting solutions and developing proof of concepts for client demonstrations **Qualification Required:** - 6-8 years of relevant experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support - Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution - Participation in at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
