Oracle HCM - Recruiting and Onboarding - Senior

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at EY, your role involves providing expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for the group. Here's a breakdown of what will be expected from you: Key Responsibilities: - Have 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions including Core HR, JML, and Recruitment. - Must have a minimum of 2 full life-cycle Core HR + Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC) implementation experiences for Global Customer with a presence across the globe. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Conduct end-to-end configurations and prepare configuration guides. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework. - Coordinate with the technical team to complete the Data Migration on time, validate, and test the Data Migration objects. - Develop comprehensive testing strategies and oversee the execution of these strategies. - Possess good communication and presentation skills. - Having Oracle Cloud certifications is a plus. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of overall experience and relevant experience of 4+ years in Fusion HCM Functional Consultant is a must. - Must be able to Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Should have good communication and presentation skills.
