Oracle HCM - Recruiting and Onboarding - Senior

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at EY, your primary responsibility is to leverage your expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for the organization. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to comprehend their business requirements, customize the Oracle HCM system to align with these requirements, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of the solution. With a minimum of 6 years of overall experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting Oracle HCM solutions, specifically Core HR, JML, and Recruitment. Your key skills should include a proven track record of 2 full life-cycle Core HR + Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations for global customers with a presence across various regions. You will be expected to design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements, as well as conduct end-to-end configurations and prepare detailed configuration guides. Moreover, you will be required to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework. Your role will also involve coordinating with the technical team to ensure timely data migration, validating and testing data migration objects, developing comprehensive testing strategies, and overseeing their execution. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, and possessing Oracle Cloud certifications would be a plus.
