Job Title: Oracle HCM OTL Benefits Consultant

Experience Level: 5-8 years
Location: PAN India Job Mode: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Oracle HCM OTL Benefits Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in OTL or Absence modules, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reporting, and HCM integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation across OTL and related modules

Development and maintenance of Fast Formulas in OTL or Absence Modules

Design and generate BI Publisher Reports for Oracle HCM Cloud

Build and maintain HCM Extracts for reporting and data sharing

Perform mass data uploads using HDL (HCM Data Loader)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time, labor, and absence management

Follow best practices for implementation, documentation, and delivery

Skills Required:
