Oracle HCM ORC Techno-Functional Consultant3
    • 8+ years of hands on techno functional expertise in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud with following f functionalities:
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Sourcing and Engagement
    • Onboarding
    • Integration
    • Should have experience in developing / configuring ORC as per business requirements
    • Well versed with Requirements gathering, Design, Development/configure and Unit Testing phases
    • Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ready to work in 3:30pm - 11:30pm IST shift
