Job Description

Role Overview: As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant at Conneqtion Group, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. Your role will involve understanding client business requirements, configuring solutions, conducting client workshops, and supporting integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations. You will play a key role in ensuring that client systems are optimized for peak performance and future growth. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, including security, roles, and workflows. - Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. - Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows. - Support integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions. - Familiarity with data loads using HDL (HCM Data Loader), custom report testing, Fast Formulas, and the Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting tool. - Understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security model, including user roles and permissions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
