Oracle HCM +Extract+ Fast Formula

You should have functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity area in Oracle, which is considered a plus. As an HCM Techno-Functional Engineer or Integration Engineer, your core expertise should include HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports. While not mandatory, having additional expertise in Mulesoft would be highly desirable. Your responsibilities will involve working with Oracle HCM Tech, specifically in Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas, and optional Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You should have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) would be a strong advantage. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
