Oracle HCM Consultant

Role Overview: You should have a successful track record of working with the Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM application suite, particularly with Oracle Cloud apps. It is essential for you to be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your main responsibilities will include working with clients to understand and document requirements, mapping requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality, identifying process improvement areas, and developing future business process flows. Additionally, you will be tasked with performing remote functional Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients and configuring and unit testing the Time and Labor module based on customer requirements.
