Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Specialist

Key Focus Areas

• OGL Maintenance: Oversee continuous updates, resolve issues, and validate the performance of existing OGL content.
• Quarterly Releases: Synchronize OGL guidance with Oracles quarterly cloud updates, ensuring new features and process changes are accurately reflected.
• Product Enhancements & Analytics: Analyze user data to identify adoption patterns, implement enhancements, and create custom analytics for performance tracking.
• New Projects: Develop and launch OGL content tailored to new Oracle modules and strategic business initiatives.
• Stakeholder Consulting: Partner with internal teams to provide OGL expertise, deliver training, and promote best practices for effective digital adoption.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Guided Learning or similar digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, or UPerform).
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications including HCM, ERP, and SCM modules.
• Experience with creating and managing interactive learning content and leveraging analytics tools to improve engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of collaborating across functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications or direct OGL training credentials.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support customization and advanced content design.
• Understanding of change management principles and user adoption methodologies to drive organizational learning success.
