Job Description

Role Summary

Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
implementation and support
of Oracle Fusion WMS and related SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management).
Analyze and map
business processes
with Oracle best practices and design functional solutions.
Configure Oracle Fusion WMS setups such as
warehouses, subinventories, picking, shipping, put-away rules, and material handling processes
.
Work closely with business users to define requirements, prepare
BRDs, MD50s, and test scripts
, and conduct UAT.
Collaborate with technical teams for
RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
development.
Support
integration with peripheral applications
(DMS, Retail Apps, Logistics partners, etc.).
Drive
process improvement
and standardization across business units.
Provide
training and post-go-live support
to end users.
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and recommend relevant new features.

Required Skills

Strong functional expertise in
Oracle Fusion WMS / Inventory / SCM Cloud
modules.
Hands-on experience in
WMS process flows
inbound, outbound, picking, put-away, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
Good understanding of
warehouse operations and logistics
.
Working knowledge of
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
or EBS SCM modules is an advantage.
Excellent
requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills
.
Experience in at least
one full-cycle Fusion WMS implementation
.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or any graduate.
Oracle Cloud SCM Certification preferred.
