Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand HR and payroll processes and gather requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, and Help Desk.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  • Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.
  • Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.
  • Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents according to SLAs.
  • Deliver user training and prepare documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM patches, updates, and new features.

Required Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Help Desk.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM tools: BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, Workflows, Alerts & Notifications, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Experience in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, including preparing data sheets and performing data loading.
  • Proficient in building custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and HCM Extracts.
  • Strong functional understanding of HR and payroll processes and statutory compliance requirements.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support and incident management.
  • Exposure to HR process optimization and system improvement initiatives.
