3. SCM MFG / Maintenance

Role Description

A new job opportunity has opened for a passionate Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management

(SCM) functional consultant with proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying

Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in understanding

business requirements, designing and building high-quality, innovative solutions fully compliant

with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team of professionals you will take a

leading role and help us shape and evolve our Oracle Cloud Practice. Note that these roles

require at least one implementation experience of Oracle SCM Cloud modules or Oracle eBS

SCM modules as a pre-requisite to be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

The following list provides a view of the activities that you would be undertaking:

• Capturing business requirements and conducting solution design in Oracle Supply Chain

in the following areas:

• Oracle Inventory Cloud or eBS Inventory Management

• Oracle Manufacturing Cloud or eBS Manufacturing (Process Manufacturing)

• Oracle Quality Management Cloud or eBS Quality

• Oracle Maintenance Cloud or Oracle eBS EAM (preferable)

• Demonstration of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s)/ Process

Owners/ Business SME.

• Ability to comprehend existing business processes/practices, identify/capture additional

business/reporting requirements.

• Solution Design – Prototypes, Fit Gap analysis, and walk-through with User Groups)/

Process Owners/ Business SME for finalization.

• Identify and document Test Cases / Plans for Acceptance in line with the finalized

process/transaction flows.

• Identify and document data migration methodologies for Master / Transactional elements

including extraction, validation, transformation, migration, and verification/validation.

• Configuration of CRP / Test / Production Environments

• High / Detailed Level design for all identified CEMLI objects.

• Prepare Key User Training Courseware and Conduct Training sessions.

• Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product issues and liaise with

Oracle Support until resolution.

• Liaising with cross work stream leads including technical leads with a view to ensure

end-to-end solution validity.

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at different levels

• Ensuring quality solution delivery by ensuring regular solution reviews

• Conduct User Acceptance Workshops to assist Client User(s))/ Process Owners/

Business SMEs to execute various Acceptance Test Cases and record results for

evidencing completion.

• Migration of Master / Transactional Data during various Phases, Reconciliation, and

Customer Acceptance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with at least one implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud / Oracle

eBS SCM modules in the above specified modules.

• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes across manufacturing and global

supply chain businesses

• Good understanding of Cloud delivery methodology.

• Ability to design and deliver client workshops.

• Ability to deliver quality deliverables in both remote and on-site working mode.

• Ability to lead and inspire a team of broad skilled resources.

• Good understanding of Oracle Cloud layers and use cases for industries.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

• Self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and results oriented.Role & responsibilities
