Job Summary

Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) is expanding its Oracle Fusion SCM practice and seeking experienced Functional Consultants/Solution Architects to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM transformations for global enterprises. You will own requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and postgo-live support, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions on Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (minimum three), including discovery, fit-gap, design, configuration, testing (CRP/SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders; analyze processes and map requirements to Fusion SCM best practices
  • Configure and optimize one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, and PDH
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation: BRDs, solution design docs, test scripts, training/user guides
  • Partner with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting (e.g., OIC, FBDI, OTBI/BI Publisher)
  • Support CRP/UAT sessions, defect triage, and postgo-live stabilization
  • Present solutions to customers, contribute to proposals, and support pre-sales as needed
  • Mentor junior consultants; ensure delivery quality aligned to Oracle methodologies and leading practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management
  • Hands-on experience in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, or Manufacturing (PDH exposure is a plus)
  • Proven customer-facing experience with strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated solution delivery across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and postgo-live support
  • Experience working in global delivery models and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Implementation Specialist or Solution Architect)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI data loads, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, and/or Fusion Cloud upgrades
  • Exposure to process optimization, digital transformation, Agile delivery, and migration from E-Business Suite to Fusion Cloud
