Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while leveraging their expertise in Oracle Project Management Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and project management skills to drive project success and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Oracle Project Management Cloud, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Fusion PPM and project management methodologies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud.
  • Proven experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and features.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in project management and technical leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
