Positions:Oracle Fusion PIM (Product Information Management)Oracle Fusion PDH (Product Data Hub)Oracle PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)Implementation Experience: MandatoryLocation: Open to any location (Remote/Onsite flexibility based on project)Key Responsibilities (for all 3 roles):Lead and drive Oracle Fusion implementation projects for respective modules (PIM/PDH/PLM)Understand and gather complex business requirements; convert them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutionsConfigure and customize Oracle Fusion modules to meet business needsPerform solution design, data migration, integration, testing, and user trainingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and OperationsCreate detailed design documentation, functional specs, and process flowsSupport post-implementation activities and troubleshoot system issuesRequired Skills:7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PIM, PDH, or PLMStrong implementation experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion projectsExpertise in module-specific configuration, data model, and integrationsSolid understanding of item lifecycle, product structures, catalog management, and governanceExperience working with tools like ADFdi, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsPreferred Skills:Oracle Certifications (Fusion PIM/PDH/PLM)Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery modelsLocation: Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai
